JO-ED C. TOME, MSC
I am a spiritual director, retreat-giver, transpersonal psychologist,
and self-professed monk in the world. One of my main advocacies is to practice and share about contemplative living. An expression of my calling is to hold a safe and brave space for anyone who comes my way and accompany them as their sacred stories unfold.
As a spiritual director, retreat-giver, transpersonal psychologist, and self-professed monk in the world, I am deeply committed to helping people know and practice contemplative living by cultivating a richer and more meaningful connection with their true selves, with others, and with the Sacred.

Through my work as a spiritual companion, I seek to create safe and supportive spaces where individuals can explore their spirituality, deepen their personal growth, and connect with their innate wisdom and intuition.
Drawing on my training in transpersonal psychology, I strive to help people access deeper states of consciousness and tap into their inner resources, so that they may lead more fulfilling and purposeful lives.
As a self-professed monk, I bring a contemplative approach to my work, emphasizing the importance of silence, stillness, and mindfulness in cultivating inner peace and spiritual growth.

I earned my MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology from Alef Trust, in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, in 2023. I received my training in spiritual direction from the Center for Ignatian Spirituality Philippines. I am a member of the Scientific & Medical Network, Spiritual Directors International, and the Psychological Association of the Philippines. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Naga University in 2010.
